Átrio Terms of Use

Átrio is a free app for requesting, purchasing, and tracking advisory services and the handling of matters in Portugal, provided by Starthrop Dynamics.

The app

Creating an account and using the app is free. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. The app is used to communicate, receive proposals, send documents, and track each service.

The services

Each service is purchased through an individual proposal, which describes what it includes, what it does not include, the price, and the terms. The service starts only after you accept the proposal and the payment is confirmed. Prices are in euros.

Starthrop Dynamics coordinates and carries out the services and, when the law requires it, engages licensed professionals. Átrio is not a public authority and is not a substitute for a lawyer, a certified accountant, or any other regulated profession.

Timelines and decisions

Decisions on requests submitted to public authorities are made by those authorities. We do not guarantee approval or a decision timeline. The percentage shown for each service reflects milestones completed, not a forecast of timing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful information and send legitimate, legible documents.
• Keep access to your email, which is used to sign in to your account.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to send third-party content without authorization.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment is confirmed by the provider itself; confirmation does not depend on the app screen.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you have the rights provided for under Portuguese law, including, under the terms of the law, the right of withdrawal from distance contracts (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 — Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014). In the event of a dispute, you may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body (list at www.consumidor.gov.pt).

Account

You can delete your account at any time (Your account › Delete account). Deletion follows the privacy policy.
