Starthrop Dynamics provides its services through products, and each product has its own terms. This page identifies the products and points to the terms in force for each one. It does not set any conditions of its own.
01Who provides the services
STARTHROP DYNAMICS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, legal person no. 519488261, with its registered office at Rua da Sociedade, n.º 4, 2695-567 São João da Talha, Portugal. The full identification is on the Legal Notice page.
02Terms of each product
- Package Tracker — Terms of Service. They apply to the use of the apps and the web and to contributions and legacy plans, including web payments processed by Stripe.
- Átrio — Terms. They apply to the Átrio service, including payments processed by Stripe.
- Combinado — Terms of Use. They apply to the Combinado app; subscriptions are made on the App Store or Google Play, which charge under their own conditions. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
03Web payments
Payments made on the web to Starthrop Dynamics are processed by Stripe. Your statement shows STARTHROP. The conditions of each payment are those of the terms of the product the payment relates to.
