How it works

From the first request to delivery, without losing the thread.

Each case has its own stages, documents and pending items. Progress shows the milestones reached — it is not a forecast of deadlines.

  1. Request

    Tell us what you need, in your own words. You don't need to know the name of the service.

  2. Proposal

    Receive what is included, what is not, the documents that will be requested and the fee.

  3. Engagement

    Accept the version you read and pay on the agreed terms. Documents are only requested after that.

  4. Documents

    Send what is requested. Each document is reviewed: accepted, or returned with the reason for the correction.

  5. Execution and delivery

    Follow every stage with proof and receive the result, ready to download and print.

Proposal

Everything clear before any payment.

Each service in the proposal states what it includes, what it does not and which documents will be requested. The total is in plain sight, and so are the terms.

You can accept, ask for clarification or decline. If the proposal changes, you always accept the version you read.

Documents

Know what is missing — and why.

The requested documents appear under each service, each with its status. Sending is not the same as being accepted: every upload is reviewed.

When something needs correcting, the reason is written down and you send a new version in the same place. The history is never lost.

Delivery

The result stays with you.

Each stage moves forward with evidence: the receipt for the filed application, the supporting documents and, at the end, the result.

Whoever coordinates the case works in a dedicated panel, with the same care:

  • prepares and reviews proposals before sending them;
  • checks every document and accepts it or asks for a correction, giving the reason;
