Data deletion — Growth

Effective from: 2026-10-10.

Submit a request

Email info@starthrop.com, subject “Growth Deletion”, with a relevant link, asset/report identifier and enough context to locate the data. Never send passwords, tokens or recovery codes. Starthrop proportionately verifies legitimacy and identifies purposes, copies and responsible operators.

Scope

This channel covers Starthrop’s corporate Growth operation. EU Delivery ID, Combinado and Átrio are Starthrop products; requests concerning their accounts also follow product channels and policies. A Growth request does not automatically delete a Meta account or product data.

Process and evidence

The responsible operator records the request, locates original and derived copies, deletes or anonymises in-scope copies where legally and technically possible, rereads the destinations and repeats verification. The record retains only necessary accountability metadata, not deleted content. For reports exported through the Growth writer on this machine, a separately retained decision blocks further writes of the identifier and restoration through the supported route. Other copies and routines require separate handling; no universal block is assumed.

Recovery and provider limits

Trash, versions, caches, conversations and logs may need separate handling. A trashed copy still exists until purge or expiry. Retained backups are not destroyed to prove deletion: the response identifies retained copies, grounds, available restrictions, removal conditions and measures needed after recovery. Isolation and expiry are established per copy rather than assumed for all backups. The observed corporate archive has a minimum 30-day retention and 7-day recovery after deletion. Applicability is checked per file; instant deletion or a universal provider deadline is not promised.

Response and rights

The response states what was removed, what remains, why and the next verification condition, within applicable legal deadlines. Retention obligations and other people’s rights may limit deletion; limits are explained. Other data-protection rights and CNPD complaints remain available. Disconnecting Meta prevents future queries but does not replace a request concerning existing copies.
