Terms — Starthrop Growth API

Effective from: 2026-10-10.

Operator and purpose

The Starthrop Growth API is an administrative integration operated by STARTHROP DYNAMICS UNIPESSOAL LDA, tax number 519488261, Rua da Sociedade, n.º 4, 2695-567 São João da Talha, Portugal. It manages Starthrop’s corporate Meta assets with legitimate product segmentation. It is not a consumer-login application or a separate institutional operation for each product.

Authorised access

An authenticated MCP/CLI administrative client connects to the Observer. Credentials remain in custody and must not be shared in messages, reports, recordings or public pages. Access and permissions require verified authority and necessity. Technical capability does not transfer operational ownership.

Permitted use and decisions

Operators use only legitimate assets and necessary data for authorised tasks. Bypassing restrictions, improper collection or disclosure is prohibited. Content publishing, advertising management, CAPI and other writes require the applicable order and limits. Read access does not authorise spending, publishing or audience creation. Meta policies and permissions continue to apply.

Availability and results

The integration depends on Meta and technical providers. Results, permissions, limits and availability can change; continuity or upgrade approval is not guaranteed. Verify results before material decisions. Starthrop’s decisions and legal duties are not automatically delegated to AI tools.

Data, ownership and termination

Rights to brands and products remain with their respective owners. Data use follows the Growth privacy policy and deletion instructions. Revoking access stops future queries but does not automatically remove existing reports, conversations, logs or backups; termination requires an inventory and treatment of copies. Mandatory rights, including data-protection rights, remain unaffected.

Contact and effect

Operational and data questions: info@starthrop.com. Portuguese law applies subject to applicable mandatory provisions and rights.
